Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is hiring a Referral Coordinator Supervisor at our Worcester, MA location. This role leads non-clinical staff, coaches performance, and ensures high-quality patient service in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage staffing, monitor metrics, and collaborate across departments to sustain value-based care initiatives. The position emphasizes coaching, process improvements, and excellent communication.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in a clinical and/or customer service setting.
• 2+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role in similar environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manages daily activities of the Referral Coordinator Coordinators to meet departmental standards and maintain process flow.
• Monitors calls queue to ensure service levels.
• Tracks attendance and performance of team and individuals.
• Provides performance coaching and corrective actions as needed.
• Performs annual performance reviews during merit cycles.
• Implements process improvements for the team.
• Resolves patient escalation issues with superior service and problem-solving skills.
• Interviews and selects candidates; ensures compliance with policies.
