Qualifications

• Background in healthcare preferred.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System preferred.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment.

Responsibilities

• Order entry and validation of imaging and referrals.
• Management of incoming referrals from provider's offices.
• Proactive patient outreach via phone, text, and other communication channels.
• Detail-oriented, excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple tasks.
