Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills essential.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge and radiology office experience a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and documentation.
• Collect co-pays and fees and log accurately.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls; schedule or adjust appointments.
• Provide directions and preparatory instructions; coordinate with back-office staff.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications per policy.
