Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet and register patients, verify insurance details, collect co-pays, and coordinate appointments within a busy radiology network.

You will maintain patient privacy, support back-office teams, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering friendly, professional service to patients and families in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collect and log co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls; schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
• Provide patient orientation for safety protocols and directions to facilities.
• Coordinate with back-office staff for timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient health information and on-site medications according to policy.
