RadNet is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet and register patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and coordinate with back-office staff to ensure timely care.

You will provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced radiology environment, handle calls, schedule appointments, and safeguard patient information while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Obtain or verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Collect and log all co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Provide directions and orient patients regarding prep and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with back-office staff for timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient information and property in accordance with policy and law.
• Handle on-site medications per policy and maintain security of patient data.
