Job summary

RadNet in California is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet and register patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and coordinate appointments in a fast-paced imaging center environment. You will work with back-office teams to ensure accurate records, protect patient information, and deliver world-class customer service while upholding healthcare compliance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience preferred.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and documentation.
• Collect and log all co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Provide patient orientation for safety protocols and directions to facilities.
• Coordinate with back-office for timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient information and company property on site.
