RadNet is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Baltimore, MD to join our team. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect payments, and coordinate scheduling while maintaining a patient-focused, compliant environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Strong multitasking and communication abilities.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collect and log co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls.
• Schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments; notify staff of changes.
