Job summary

Requires a GED/HSED or high school diploma and BLS certification at hire. Strong IV insertion/venipuncture, excellent communication and customer service, and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• GED/HSED or high school diploma required.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

• Competent in IV insertion and venipuncture.

• Proficient with basic computer applications and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in exam preparation and transport between rooms.
• Use radiology systems to generate requisitions and check schedules.
• Prepare and clean exam rooms, stock supplies, and maintain equipment.
• Greet patients and respond to routine requests; schedule appointments.
• Serve as liaison between ordering physician, radiologist, and technologist.
• Provide radiology reports and images to staff and patients when requested.
• Document information and communicate observations to the care team.
• Assist with screening and documentation of MRI implants.
• Follow safety protocols and age-appropriate care considerations.
