Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a patient-focused radiology support role to assist with exam preparation, transport patients between rooms, and help manage imaging workflows. You will use radiology computer systems to generate requisitions and check schedules, while keeping exam areas prepared and organized.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable communicating with patients and staff, perform routine equipment maintenance, and support the team in documentation and data entry as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assists patient in preparing for exams and escorts patients as needed.
• Uses radiology systems to generate requisitions, check schedules and access info.
• Prepares exam rooms, cleans, stocks, and maintains equipment.
• Greets patients, answers routine questions, schedules appointments, and relays messages.
