Job summary
Mosaic Clinical Technologies is seeking a senior IT operations leader to oversee 24/7 response, incident and problem management, and senior escalation for customer-impacting issues.
You will coach Response Analysts, drive ITSM governance, and provide technical and clinical leadership across Mosaic platforms and imaging systems, with flexibility for evenings/nights and up to 20% travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years in IT operations or clinical systems support.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Knowledge in radiology workflows and imaging tech (PACS, Intelerad, Clario).
- Proven incident, major incident and problem management leadership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 Response Operations and act as Incident Commander.
- Own Incident and Problem Management, RCA, and post-incident reviews.
- Senior escalation point for customer-impacting issues and communications.
- Coach Response Analysts and drive performance & accountability.
- Drive ITSM governance, metrics, and data-driven improvement.
- Provide technical/clinical leadership across Mosaic platforms and imaging systems.
