Job summary

Mosaic Clinical Technologies recruits for a senior incident response role to independently assess and resolve issues across the MosaicOS platform, applying AI-assisted tools and structured diagnostic methods.

You will collaborate with incident command during major events, monitor system health, and communicate clearly with clinical and operations stakeholders while supporting continuous improvement through runbooks and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, incident response, or IT operations within healthcare IT or SaaS environments.
• Ability to triage and resolve complex, time-sensitive issues with incomplete information.
• Knowledge of radiology or clinical workflows; familiarity with PACS, RIS or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ITIL Incident/Major Incident/Problem Management and escalation processes.
• Comfort in 24/7 shift-based or on-call environments and critical evaluation of AI analyses.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess incident severity and clinical impact, troubleshoot Mosaic platform components, contain issues, and resolve incidents with AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with incident command during high-severity events, provide timely updates and clear next steps.
• Monitor system health and dashboards; identify risks and recurring issues; support shift handoffs.
• Apply radiology knowledge to assess patient care impact and communicate with clinical/operational stakeholders.
• Maintain incident records and contribute to runbooks, knowledge bases, and post-incident reviews.
• Work with Response peers, engineering, product, and clinical operations; participate in on-call rotations and up to 15% travel.
