Qualifications

• Significant experience in IT operations or incident response within healthcare IT or SaaS.
• Strong troubleshooting of distributed systems and integrations.
• Knowledge of radiology workflows and clinical IT platforms preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to executives and clinical teams.
• Ability to evaluate AI-assisted tools and mentor peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-severity investigations; assess scope and risk with independent judgment.
• Provide technical direction during major incidents and guide escalation.
• Translate technical issues for clinical and executive audiences.
• Develop runbooks, RCAs, and troubleshooting guides with engineering teams.
• Mentor Clinical IT Operations Analysts and support onboarding.
