RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Lead Front Office Associate to join our team. You will lead the front desk, greet and register patients, schedule appointments and coordinate with imaging staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

This full-time role supports process improvements, staff scheduling, and coaching within a dynamic administrative team. The position requires strong customer service, medical terminology knowledge, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred in a medical field.
• Four years of customer service experience required.
• Two years in medical front office and ability to train/coach staff.
• Knowledge of medical terminology important; strong computer skills.
• Experience leading/mentoring others; minimal errors in business office tasks.

Responsibilities

• Registering and greeting patients; processing payments as needed.
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments; coordinating with center staff.
• Verifying insurance coverage and pre-authorizations; ROI requests as needed.
• Lead and train front office team; manage timecards and staffing levels.
• Coordinate with providers, maintain patient records and workflow improvements.
