Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Supervisor, Front Office in Los Angeles to lead the Front Office Associate team across operations, performance management, and process improvements at our imaging centers. You will ensure exceptional patient service and seamless scheduling in a busy outpatient setting.

The role requires extensive front office and supervisory experience, strong insurance knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position with a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years' Customer Service experience.
• Five (5) years' medical front office experience with ability to train and coach.
• Two (2) years' experience supervising/leading direct reports.
• Advanced medical terminology and insurance knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; process payments as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls to Center Team Members.
• Act as liaison between imaging technologists and patients; relay scanner status.
• Maintain front office lobby organization and assist with general cleanup.
• Order office supplies and manage patient information sheets.
• Push imaging via electronic interfaces; confirm appointments.
