Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Lead Front Office Associate to join our team. You will provide front desk services, register patients, schedule appointments, answer phones, and support the administrative team with staffing and process improvements. This leadership role oversees daily operations within the front office.

You will coordinate onboarding and training of new staff, supervise team members, and help ensure high patient satisfaction while maintaining efficient workflow and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience leading or mentoring others.
• Experience providing resource support and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Serve as liaison between imaging technologists and patients; relay messages.
• Support front office operations including payment processing and chart preparation.
• Coordinate training and onboarding of new team members; assist with scheduling.
