Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to greet patients, schedule appointments, and register patients with a cheerful, professional, and sincere demeanor. You will answer phones, verify information, and support insurance processes to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role involves coordination with imaging staff, maintaining lobby organization, and assisting with general office tasks to support efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients scheduled for imaging services; processes payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handles calls in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Field phone calls appropriately for Center Team Members.
• Act as liaison between imaging technologists and the patients waiting for exams, and relays messages regarding scanner status and other Clinic information.
