RAYUS Radiology in Los Angeles is seeking a Supervisor, Front Office to lead the patient intake team and ensure exceptional service across imaging services. You will oversee front desk operations, coordinate scheduling, verify insurance, and coach staff to improve processes.

The role offers a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00am to 5:30pm and DailyPay access for eligible employees, making a positive impact on the patient experience and clinic workflow.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of customer service experience.
• Five (5) years of medical front office experience with demonstrated ability to train and coach.
• Two (2) years of supervising/leading direct reports.
• Advanced medical terminology and insurance knowledge.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).

Aufgaben

• Greet and check-in patients; process payments as needed.
• Answer calls efficiently and coordinate with Center Team Members.
• Act as liaison between imaging technologists and patients.
• Maintain front office organization and manage supplies.
• Push patient imaging via electronic interfaces and confirm appointments.
• Schedule referrals and ensure proper authorizations.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-certify exams.
• Lead team meetings and conduct performance evaluations.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members.
