RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Lead Front Office Associate to join our team in Los Angeles. This leadership role oversees registration, scheduling, and insurance processes while guiding the front-of-house staff.

The position requires solid medical front office experience, customer service excellence, and the ability to train and coach team members. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, verifying insurance, and supporting supervisors with process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• 4 years of Customer Service experience.
• 2 years in medical front office with ability to train and coach team members.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience leading/mentoring others.
• Business office experience with minimal processing errors.
• Medical insurance knowledge.
• Highly proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• MS Office Suite proficiency: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.
• Bilingual; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register and greet patients; process payments as needed.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments; relay messages.
• Field calls and coordinate with Center Team Members.
• Coordinate with imaging technologists and patients; relay scanner status.
• Maintain lobby organization and office supplies; order materials.
