RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team. You will greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and assist with patient flow and communications across centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients scheduled for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Field phone calls appropriately for Center Team Members.
• Act as liaison between imaging technologists and patients; relay messages.
• Maintain lobby area and organize office supplies.
• Push patient imaging via electronic interfaces; confirm appointments and provide prep instructions.
