Hmixray is seeking a Patient Service Representative to welcome patients, verify insurance details, collect co-pays, and schedule appointments at our imaging centers. You will work closely with back-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow and adherence to privacy and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Obtain or verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Collect and log all co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls promptly.
• Schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Provide orientation on preparatory and safety protocols and directions to facilities.
• Coordinate with back-office staff for timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient property and health information on site.
