Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills essential.
• Experience providing exceptional customer service preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge and recent radiology office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures, ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collect co-pays and fees.
• Answer/transfer incoming calls and manage appointments.
• Provide patient orientation for safety protocols and directions to facilities.
• Coordinate with back-office staff to ensure timely care and protect patient information.
