Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking a Radiology Front Desk assistant to support patient registration in Epic, verify demographics and print wristbands for procedures. You will also help with radiology records in PACS and coordinate communications across the department.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and strong customer service skills, with preference for experience in medical reception, Epic or Pacs, and CPR readiness within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Radiology/registration systems experience desirable (Epic, PACS).
• CPR within 90 days is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle clerical tasks and patient registration in Epic.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, verify demographics and complete check-in.
• Manage radiology records and PACS workflow, assist with image requests.
• Support department operations and daily workflow in Radiology.
