Job summary

Mercyhealth in Illinois is seeking a Radiology Front Desk team member to support patient registration and clerical operations in Epic. You will greet patients, verify demographics, perform check-in, and help manage patient records and imaging workflows.

This on-site role requires strong customer service, privacy awareness, and coordination with radiology staff. Prior medical reception experience and CPR certification within 90 days are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Previous medical reception experience preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Radiant/Cadence experience preferred.
• Certification and Licensure CPR within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and forward to staff.
• Greet visitors and manage access.
• Verify demographics and perform Epic registration/check-in.
• Print wristbands and attach to patients.
• Maintain office supplies and mail.
• Support radiology operations with records and imaging.
