RadNet is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, verify insurance, collect payments, and coordinate scheduling at our Germantown imaging centers. You will ensure accurate records and smooth patient flow in a fast-paced radiology setting.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication and computer skills, and experience delivering exceptional customer service in a medical environment. Competitive hourly wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information and complete required documentation.
• Collect co-pays and fees and log transactions accurately.
• Answer and route incoming calls; schedule or reschedule appointments as needed.
• Provide patient orientation on prep and safety protocols and directions to facilities.
• Coordinate with back-office staff for timely patient care and privacy protection.
