Job summary

Premier Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice in the Nashville area, seeks a friendly front desk assistant to greet patients, schedule procedures, and register patients for imaging services. You will help maintain medical records and support overall patient flow in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role emphasizes service orientation, patient empathy, and teamwork, with guidance from local leadership. Prior healthcare exposure and experience with EclinicalWorks are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent preferred.
• Background in healthcare is preferred.
• Background with Eclinical Works Practice Management System Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at imaging centers and assist with scheduling of appointments and registering for procedures.
• Maintain medical records and perform related tasks to support patient flow.
• Deliver service-oriented care to ensure patient satisfaction.
