Charlotte Radiology is seeking a Patient Representative for full-time daytime shifts at our Charlotte location. You will greet patients, handle registration, collect payments, and schedule imaging exams, ensuring a smooth patient flow and accurate records.

The role requires strong customer service skills, medical office familiarity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting clinic staff and onboarding new team members.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• 1+ years’ medical office experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Excellent customer service for internal and external clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Check-in including patient reception and registration; maintain demographic and insurance data.
• Collect payments and establish payment plans at the time of service.
• Schedule exams and manage patient appointments as needed.
• Answer inquiries and direct concerns to appropriate parties.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
