Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Radiology is seeking a friendly receptionist to check in patients and support efficient radiology workflows. You will review schedules, verify patient information, and communicate any disruptions to ensure timely testing and a smooth patient experience.

This role requires basic IT scheduling knowledge, the ability to multitask, and excellent verbal and written communication. Onsite hours are 8:30am–5pm, with a 40-hour work week and a focus on patient care.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in lieu of degree not accepted.
• Experience with hospital IT scheduling systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients in a friendly, helpful manner and check in upon arrival.
• Enter/update exam information in Epic and other hospital systems.
• Review schedules, inform sections of patient arrival, and verify demographics and visit reason.
• Communicate disruptions to the schedule to minimize impact on patient experience.
• Maintain a clean and functional waiting area and support department operations.
