Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Weekend MR Patient Coordinator to support the MR workflow.

The role involves scheduling Emergency and Inpatient MR scans, answering phones, and preparing patients for scans under the guidance of the MR supervisor and Radiology Director. The coordinator will utilize EPIC to assist in safe patient scanning, coordinate with technologists, and ensure quality, safety and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• Ability to multitask and think proactively.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in MR workflow by scheduling MR scans and answering phones.
• Screen patients by phone and coordinate with Radiologists.
• Proficient use of EPIC EMR for history, labs and allergy look-up.
