Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team. You will greet patients, register them for imaging services, and handle scheduling, insurance verification, and communications with clinicians. The role requires a cheerful, professional demeanor and accurate data entry.

The schedule is a full-time shift, typically Monday through Friday with one Saturday per month, supporting efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and assist with payments and copays; greet and check-in patients.
• Answer and route phone calls; schedule and verify appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations as needed.
• Coordinate with imaging staff and refer patients to proper services.
• Maintain front office organization and manage office supplies.
