RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team at our Beaverton location. You will greet patients, schedule imaging appointments, and register patients with a cheerful, professional demeanor, acting as a liaison between patients and imaging staff.

The role involves checking in patients, handling phones, processing payments, and coordinating schedules and insurance verifications to ensure smooth clinic flow. Prior front desk or medical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel

Responsabilités

• Greet and check-in patients; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly and efficient manner; relay messages to clinic staff.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate imaging needs.
• Coordinate with referring physicians and patients; manage patient records.
• Verify insurance information and assist with paperwork as needed.
