Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team. You will greet patients, register them for imaging services, schedule appointments, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure a smooth patient experience. This is a temporary/PRN position with varied shifts.

You will handle phones, liaise between patients and technologists, manage lobbies, confirmations, and basic insurance tasks, while supporting daily office operations and patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a cheerful, professional manner.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Assist with payments, copays, and basic billing information.
• Coordinate with imaging technologists and refer doctors as needed.
• Maintain front office lobby and manage supplies.
