RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team in Oregon. You will greet patients, register them for imaging, handle phones, schedule, and coordinate with clinicians in a warm, professional manner.

This role supports registration, scheduling, and insurance tasks, with a 40-hour work week, M-F 12:30 PM–9:00 PM and rotating Saturdays. Previous medical office experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience required.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check-in patients scheduled for imaging; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls in a friendly manner.
• Field phone calls appropriately for Center Team Members.
• Serve as liaison between imaging technologists and patients awaiting exams.
