Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team. You will greet and register patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate with imaging staff in a cheerful, professional manner.

This temporary/PRN position requires a High School diploma, 1 year of customer service, and proficiency with computers and MS Office. DailyPay benefits may apply, with on-site work at our Westbrook center.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience is required.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and checks-in patients scheduled for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Coordinate with Center Team Members and reference staff as a liaison for scanner status.
