Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to greet patients, check them in for imaging, handle scheduling, and answer phones in a cheerful, professional manner. The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience.

Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office is expected; prior medical office exposure is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position with daily Pay benefits and room for growth in a dynamic radiology team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing; basic MS Office skills expected.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff; schedule appointments.
• Register patients; provide preparation instructions and confirmations as required.
• Coordinate with imaging technologists and relay scanner status to patients.
