Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team. You will greet patients, register them for imaging, answer phones, schedule appointments and assist with payments in a cheerful, professional manner.

This full-time role runs weekdays with 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm shifts. You will support the Center by coordinating with clinicians and ensuring a smooth patient experience from arrival to discharge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients for imaging services.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Assist with billing, copays and payments.
• Coordinate with imaging technologists and patients.
• Maintain front office organization and supplies.
• Push patient imaging via electronic interfaces and confirm appointments.
• Fax/scan reports and forms as requested.
