Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate in Oregon to greet patients, register them for imaging services, answer phones, and schedule appointments with a cheerful, professional manner.

The full-time role runs 40 hours per week with hours Mon-Fri 12:30 PM–9:00 PM and rotating Saturdays. DailyPay is available; benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401k with company match and additional perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience required.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients scheduled for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and handle calls in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Field phone calls for Center Team Members and relay messages.
• Act as liaison between imaging technologists and patients waiting for exams; relay scanner status and clinic information.
• Maintain lobby area; organize supplies and assist with general office cleanup.
• Order office supplies and maintain patient information sheets.
• Complete appointment confirmations and provide preparation instructions.
• Fax/scan reports, billing information, and medical release forms as requested.
