Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team. This temporary PRN role involves greeting and registering patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with imaging staff with a cheerful, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include registration duties, scheduling tasks, insurance verification, and supporting the front desk operations. Prior customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Proficient in using computer systems and typing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients for imaging services; process payments and copays as needed.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Coordinate messages between imaging technologists and patients.
• Maintain front office lobby and assist with general office cleanup, supplies, and organization.
• Schedule appointments, confirmations, and referrals; manage patient transportation when needed.
