Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to drive growth across a defined territory in Breast and Skeletal Health biopsy products.

You will coordinate with Account Executives, develop business plans, and sell across the product portfolio while building strong relationships with physicians and medical staff. You will provide clinical expertise, educate teams, and align with internal resources to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical sales or role in a clinical environment is required.
• 3+ years of clinical radiology/imaging or medical sales preferred.
• Clinical degree and/or certifications preferred.
• Track record of success in complex, matrixed environments.
• Demonstrate problem solving and strategic skills to win opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to drive growth and exceed revenue goals across the Breast & Skeletal Health solutions.
• Develop and implement selling strategies and business plans to achieve quota and maximize market share.
• Present and sell the value proposition to multiple stakeholders and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and internal teams to optimize the customer experience.
• Educate clinicians on biopsy products to drive utilization and conversions.
