Job summary

Sirona Medical, a San Francisco-based, cloud-native software company, is seeking an Application Support Specialist to deliver prompt, expert assistance to radiology customers. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires proactive issue resolution, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams.

You will monitor client sites, follow SOPs, support onboarding of clinicians on clinical applications, and contribute to the knowledge base while

Qualifications

• Experience in customer care/call center settings, preferably in radiology/PACS.
• Experience onboarding clinicians on clinical applications.
• Healthcare background and ability to troubleshoot with radiologists.
• PACS administrator or PACS analyst background preferred.
• Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, MWL standards and radiology workflows.

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to client issues and monitor client sites.
• Resolve requests per SOPs and SLAs with cross-functional collaboration.
• Document incidents in the ticketing system accurately.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal channels swiftly.
• Follow monitoring, alerts, and security procedures to protect data.
• Analyze network performance metrics and identify optimizations.
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams to fix software issues.
• Contribute to knowledge base and runbooks.
