Job summary

Carle Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiologic diagnostic procedures for patients of all ages under a Radiologist. Must be ARRT registered, licensed in radiography, and BLS certified; sign-on and relocation bonuses available.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, radiation safety, image quality, and teamwork within the medical imaging department, with opportunities to train staff and participate in QA activities.

Qualifications

Certified in radiography (ARRT)
BLS within 30 days (AHA)
Licensed Radiologic Technologist - Radiography (IEMA)

Responsibilities

Performs radiologic diagnostic procedures accurately within guidelines and standards.
Exhibits competency and serves as resource for staff during radiographic procedures.
Maintains image quality with proper views, filters, collimation, markers and patient identification.
Ensures radiation safety and patient comfort throughout the procedure.
Maintains equipment knowledge and assists in troubleshooting and QA activities.
Keeps the work area clean, stocked, and ready with necessary accessories.
