Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform routine and specialized radiographic procedures. You will adapt techniques under a Radiologist’s direction, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety across ages.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in radiography is required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist for Radiography (IEMA) with relevant state licensure.
• Related work experience in medical imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic diagnostic procedures accurately and safely under radiologist guidance.
• Acts as resource for staff on radiographic views, image quality, and patient identification.
• Maintains radiation protection, shielding, and equipment readiness.
• Ensures efficient patient care and proper processing of images and paperwork.
• Supports QA/QC and participates in departmental team activities.
