Qualifications

• Certifications: Registered in Radiography (R) - ARRT; BLS within 30 days - AHA; Licensed Radiologic Technologist - IEMA; Education: Radiologic Technology certificates/degree; Experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic diagnostic procedures accurately within guidelines and standards.
• Exhibits competency and acts as resource for staff during radiographic procedures.
• Ensures image quality with proper filters, collimation, markers, and patient ID.
• Maintains patient comfort and radiation protection during procedures.
• Troubleshoots equipment and maintains a clean, stocked work area.
• Performs lab testing as appropriate.
• Supports timely image processing and reporting.
