Job summary

Aerowave Technologies is seeking a Radio Service Technician to join our in-person team in Coppell, TX. You will serve as the first line of response to diverse clients, delivering open, helpful, and engaging support to tailor each solution.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot MOTOTRBO radio networks, antennas, and IP networking components while working with test gear and DAS/BDA systems. Your expertise will strengthen client satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

Experience with Motorola MOTOTRBO infrastructure or similar systems.
Knowledge of Digital Conventional, IPSC and CPMS/LCP, Capacity Max.
Experience in antenna design, RF test equipment, and RF tuning.

Responsibilities

Install and provide technical support for VHF/UHF Motorola DMR systems.
Program subscriber code plugs for mobile/portable equipment across DMR types.
Configure MOTOTRBO features (Digital Emergency, Phone Patch, Call Alert, Text, GPS).
Implement dispatch consoles (AvTec, SmartPTT).
Troubleshoot RF technologies and use test equipment for RF tuning.
