Job summary

Aerowave Technology is seeking a Radio Service Technician to install and support MOTOTRBO systems, including DMR configurations, dispatch consoles, and IP networking. The role emphasizes hands-on RF troubleshooting and field service to deliver reliable communications.

You will work in person with a focus on customer satisfaction, supporting a diverse client base and ensuring optimal Radio/DAS/BDA performance.

Qualifications

Experience with Motorola MOTOTRBO infrastructure, Digital Conventional, IPSC and CPMS/LCP, Capacity Max, trunking, or a similar field.
Experience with Motorola Solutions CPS, CPS 2.0 and/or Radio Management/RM.
Experience in antenna design, duplexers, combining equipment and related test equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, Service Monitors, RF Tuning).
Experience diagnosing radio interference issues.

Responsibilities

Install and provide technical support for VHF/UHF digital Motorola DMR systems.
Program subscriber code plugs for mobile/portable equipment for multiple DMR channels.
Program MOTOTRBO Digital features and Dispatch consoles.
Troubleshoot RF technologies and deploy radios in vehicles and buildings.
Pull and terminate RF and network cabling; deploy IP networking for Motorola systems.
