Qualifications

• Diagnose and troubleshoot RF and digital circuitry on two-way radio equipment.
• Read and interpret complex schematics and PCB layouts for fault isolation.
• Perform surface mount and through-hole soldering with precision.
• Align and calibrate radios per manufacturer specifications using test gear.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RF circuit boards down to component level.
• Repair and replace failed ICs, transistors, capacitors, inductors, and discrete components.
