Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the clinics' operations, staffing, budget, and quality initiatives. This role partners with medical leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, patient‑ and family‑centered care in a research‑driven environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing (or related field), RN license in WA, and leadership experience. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field required.
• Current Washington State RN license (MSL) or eligible to obtain WA license within 60 days of hire.
• 3 years of clinical experience; 2 years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in use of standard office software and clinical information systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee organizational, management, operational and administrative activities of the clinics.
• Provide RN and assistive personnel supervision at appropriate depth for patient needs; serve as clinical role model.
• Ensure a safe environment and compliance with procedures.
• Staffing, hiring, performance evaluations, training and development; address disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with medical leaders and clinic management to deliver high-quality, patient- and family-centered care.
• Support and implements customer service, financial goals and quality initiatives aligned with the center’s strategic plan.
