The role requires nursing leadership, WA RN license, and 3+ years of clinical experience plus 2+ years in leadership, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required or equivalent experience
• RN license with WA MSL or eligible to obtain WA license within 60 days
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Proficient with standard office software and clinical information systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee organizational, management, operational and administrative activities of the clinics
• Supervise Registered Nurses and staff, provide clinical role modeling
• Ensure safe environment and compliance with procedures
• Staffing, hiring, performance evaluations, training and development
• Collaborate with medical leaders and partner institutions to ensure high-quality patient care
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and cost-efficiencies
• Analyze customer feedback and drive service improvements
