Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required or equivalent
• Current Washington State RN license (or multistate license) with WA as state of residence within 60 days
• Demonstrates leadership and customer relations skills
• Proficient with standard office software and clinical information systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee organizational, management, operational and administrative activities of the clinics
• Supervise RN and assistive personnel and provide clinical role modelling
• Ensure safe environment and compliance with procedures
• Lead staffing, hiring, performance evals and training
• Drive customer service, financial goals and quality initiatives
• Prepare and monitor operating budget and analyze financial impact of changes
• Address customer complaints and follow through to resolution
