Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Washington State RN license (or eligible) with ability to update to WA within 60 days.
• 3 years of clinical experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency with standard office software and clinical information systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control services and daily operations of clinics.
• Supervise Registered Nurse and support staff; model clinical practice.
• Maintain a safe environment and ensure appropriate patient care equipment.
• Staffing, hiring, evaluations, training and development, and discipline as needed.
• Collaborate with clinic management to improve patient care and service quality.
• Support financial goals, budgets, cost-efficiencies and quality initiatives.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address complaints with appropriate follow-through.
