The role focuses on requirements development, system integration, verification, and performance analysis across the lifecycle, with travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, and Navy facilities as needed.

An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required; U.S. Citizenship is necessary. The position offers compensation in the range of $102,000–$147,000 USD annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience developing and maintaining system requirements, interfaces, and baselines with traceability.
• Experience with radar systems, sensor technologies, or complex defense systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
